Interactive Program Design
We work with your subject matter experts to design interactive programs for your institution or organization. Strategies include problem- and project-based learning, case study design, role playing, gamification, and the use of fiction and story. We follow a standard consulting process of discovery, scope of work, bid and acceptance, then execution.
Online Education Programs
Increase retention and participation with interactive learning models. Typical DIY programs suffer poor retention and completion rates, and a superficial learning experience. By engaging participants in real time group-based models, program and group process sustains interest and engagement, and provides deeper and longer lasting learning.
Student Services Programs
Student services include career discovery and life skills programs from the Career Storybook and Keystones catalogs. We work with you to select, design, and operate programs to meet the unique needs of your students.
Professional Learning Communities
Professional Learning Communities provide ongoing education and peer support to ensure participants advance their areas of expertise. An expert mentor or manager guides the group and collaborates in agenda-setting to assure topics and content are relevant.

Career Storybook provides educational programs for individuals to find their best career in alignment with their strengths, interests, and values. To the degree that you can match your strengths and interests with current and emerging opportunities you will be successful, and to the degree that you are in alignment with your strengths and values, you will be happy and succeed.
Career Storybook provides career alignment programs for early and mid-career individuals, entrepreneurs and freelancers, and retirement career transition for late-career people. We help you with job readiness, interview preparation, and support for finding and securing opportunities. In addition, we help you succeed once you get a job with organizational success and soft skills programs.

Aristotle held that Man can only achieve happiness by using all his abilities and capabilities. Keystones are guided mutual support clubs for living your best lives. We offer Life Skills clubs for the independent young adults and Family and Life coaching clubs for support in raising families and living our best lives. We also offer Wellbeing Clubs to help us deal with our burdens, traumas, and health conditions. Keystones clubs are support groups with a topical focus. We deliver programs not offered by traditional schools (life skills) for conditions and situations not generally covered by health insurance (coaching and wellbeing) using design and delivery models that are low cost, engaging, and effective.
