Mentoring Certification

The Mentoring Certification is required for IAC Members who wish to deliver programs from our Program Catalog.  This is a two-step process.

1. Candidates must have completed the Program Mentoring class and be prepared to deliver their selected program.
2. Complete this certification process. The certification is a supervised program with observations and weekly sessions to review your mentoring practice.

Each program designer actively supports each program they offer, and all mentors who deliver their programs.  Mentors who wish to offer a program must secure the approval of the Program Designer and Practical Academics. This approval assures that we maintain a quality experience for all participants.

Candidates who complete the mentoring program and achieve certification may work as contractor mentors for Practical Academics.
